About Us
The Hampton Roads Crime Prevention Assocation (HRCPA) is comprised of over fifty jurisdictions, orgainizations, and Crime Prevention Specialists (CPS) of the private sector. HRCPA is one of five regions in Virginia under our parent organization: Virginia Crime Prevention Assocation (VCPA).

Hampton Roads Crime Prevention Association was started in 1975. In 1978 the Virginia Crime Prevention Association took shape.
